Education Product Manager works closely with the Education team to ensure the efficiency of the processes in curriculum planning, content technical review, and course delivery methods.
Responsibilities
Develops plans, including project requirements in various functional areas (technical content, curriculum, design, learning materials…), timelines, and resources requirements needed to achieve project objectives (personnel, supporting educational materials, technical supports)
Manages projects according to plan, including monitoring, and communicating progress with other team's leaders to ensure the project is delivered on time.
Schedules, conducts project meetings, trial, and official classes, communicates assignments and expectations to other team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in project management. Relevant coursework is a plus.
Excellent teamwork skills in cross-functional teams, as well as capable of working independently with minimal supervision and direction.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, G Suite, and Zoom.
Preferred qualifications
MBA or Master’s Degree
Preferred time commitment: 7-10 hours per week
